It seems like lately life has been beyond crazy. I feel like I have not had a minute to myself in far too long. It’s not a bad kind of busy though. I’ve been doing a lot of fun stuff, it’s just been a lot, and this weekend was no exception.
Halloween was so much fun. We went trick or treating with the boy that was our ring bearer. We have made ourselves his Aunt and Uncle. Will and I like to do fun childish things, so we take Mavrick with us and use him as our excuse for doing it.
Here’s what we dressed up as.
We let Mavrick decide our costumes every year and this year he chose Frozen, which I loved! I’ll have more details on mine and Will’s costume later this week. I’ll just say that I got both costumes put together for under $50 altogether!
Another fun thing I did this weekend was taking some of the gymnasts from our gym out to the America’s Got Talent auditions to be in some crowd shots. No, they didn’t audition, but they did get to be in front of a camera which was pretty fun!
Those are our girls front and center for the shot!
We also had the grand opening of our new church building this week followed by a fun fall festival! We had bounce houses, spin art, football, ultimate Frisbee, etc. It was a lot of fun!
And to end off the weekend, Will was asked to play in a church service at a church that’s about an hour away from where we live. Since we were in a different town that we don’t usually visit, we decided to have dinner out there.
It was super fun, yet super exhausting weekend! Honestly, I went to bed at 9:45 p.m. last night and it was glorious.
Life is crazy and busy, but I am so lucky to share mine with wonderful people.
