Cute little prints & fishtails

It’s Sunday-funday, y’all! I hope you all have been having an amazing weekend. I have been busy, but this weekend has been so much fun and today is only going to be better! I’m going to see the band Mae at the House of Blues in Orlando with my husband and our friends!

This is an outfit I wore for a dinner out with family. wpid-imag0255.jpg

I love this dress! I bought this dress on HauteLook about 4 years ago. When I bought this dress I fell in love with Blu Pepper. If I remember correctly, I got this dress for about $14. I think the print on this dress is just so cute. I decided to tie this dark brown belt around it to break up the print a little.

wpid-imag0310.jpgAnother thing I love about this dress is the open back. It’s really subtle, but the details on this dress are what makes it special! I paired this dress with my favorite sandals from Nordstrom Rack. As for accessories, I kept it really simple. I just wore a tortoise Fossil watch, a couple of Alex & Ani bracelets, and a gold bar necklace.

BUT, my favorite part of this outfit is this hairstyle! I did a Dutch French Fishtail braid and pulled it back into a ponytail. This was the first time I tried a dutch fishtail and I’m pretty much obsessed with it now!

Let me know if you would like a hair tutorial for this hairstyle!

Enjoy 🙂
