Bahama Style

Happy hump day, y’all! So, this time last week I was enjoying a beautiful day in St. Thomas. Not a bad Wednesday, right? Well, today I’m going to share some more photos from our cruise. I’m going to share some from Cocoa Cay, Bahamas. Later this week I will share some from St. Thomas and St. Maarten!

If you been on cruises, you know that cruise lines own certain islands and Cocoa Cay is one of the Royal Caribbean owned islands. There are certain perks and downfalls to that. The perks are that it’s really nice and well kept, the downfall is that there is no city or locals. My favorite part about visiting places is seeing how the local live!

While in Cocoa Cay, we did some kayaking, which was gorgeous! The water is so clear and it was really shallow most of the way. You could walk out so far and still be about hip height in the water. Unfortunately I don’t really have any fashion to go along with this post, because I wore a swimsuit the entire time. Therefore, I’m going to show you what I wore for dinner that night πŸ™‚

This was a formal night on the cruise, so the hubs and I got all fancy. I didn’t want to wear a long gown, so I opted for this H&M jumpsuit. I love the big floral print on this jumpsuit. It is simple and elegant, yet slightly edgy. I got this jumpsuit last fall for around $25, I think. I paired it with wedges and a white statement necklace to brighten it up. It seemed like I was rushed to get ready for dinner every night, so I didn’t do anything cool with my hair.

While H&M doesn’t carry this item anymore, I love this one form SearsΒ and this one from ASOS.

Let me know what you think πŸ™‚

Enjoy πŸ™‚
