Laid Back Weekend

Good morning, guys! I am currently in Texas at the Olympic Training Center with a few of my gymnasts who qualified for a national testing there! Please keep us in your prayers this weekend. My girls have worked so hard to get here and I am so proud of them. Being a coach is a funny thing. On one hand, I feel like I know these kids better than their parents do sometimes, but on the other hand, I only know the athlete side of them. But trips like this, where their parents don’t come, I get to see their personality outside of the gym, and they get to do the same. In the gym I am pretty tough and I expect a lot from them (even though they’re only 8-10 years old), but outside of the gym I’m fairly easy going. Anyway, it’s a cool experience!

Here’s a quick little fall look 🙂

I have a feeling this is going to be my fall uniform. A baggy sweater, jeans, and a necklace. I love this look because it’s super simple, yet fashionable. I felt so comfortable and confident in this look. You might recognize this sweater from my Fall Essential post. I got it at JC Penney for only $8. I paired this chartreuse sweater with some ripped LC Lauren Conrad jeans and a tassel necklace. The finishing touches were some stacked bracelets and rose gold flats.

Sweater: JC Penney (Sold out, similar) // Jeans: Kohls (old, similar here) // Necklace: Kohls (similar) // Flats: Papaya (old, love these)

Enjoy your weekend 🙂
