DIY Accessory Station

Happy hump day, everyone! I don’t know about you guys, but we had a super busy weekend! No, I wasn’t working, but I didn’t sit still for more than 5 minutes! We had an amazing house warming party on Saturday (thank you to everyone who came!) and then a birthday brunch and the Superbowl on Sunday. It was super busy, yet super fun πŸ™‚

Today, I’m showing you how I put together an adorable accessory station for less than $50!

Like any girl, I have a ton of stuff and not a ton of organization. BUT, as we moved into our new house, I vowed to change that. I’ve been trying to find cute, cheap ways to stay organized.

I started the idea for an accessory station with this table. Somebody gave me this table and when they did, it looked like this (get it here).

TableI started by spray painting the legs of this table gold. I already had the gold spray paint from a project I did for my wedding. Once I sprayed the legs gold, I found some white paint and painted the top part white. I love the way it turned out! So, this table was completely free.

The next piece was the adorable jewelry holder from Marshall’s for $12 (not available online, similar ideaΒ here) and the “hello gorgeous” tray from Stein Mart for $5 (Sold out, love this one).

Next, it was time to hang stuff! I got this cute, “Shine Bright” sign from Home Goods (not available online, love this one) for only $9! I then added a row of wall hooks (get them here) and a curtain rod. I had the curtain rod already and the hooks cost less than $4 for an 18 pack.

So, there you have it! I put my station together for about $30 and what I’ve shown you today only comes out to about $50! To me, $50 to stay organized and have a cute little set up is worth it!

Let me know what you think!

Enjoy πŸ™‚
