Adorably Embroidered

Good morning!

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philipians 4:6-7

I don’t know about you guys, but I am always anxious or worried about tomorrow. Worried that I won’t get everything done or worried that things won’t go the way I planned. Sometimes I forget that I am not in control and I just need to give those situations to God.

I love days when I get to explore my city with my husband and puppy. Even though I’ve lived in the Tampa area for my entire life, I feel like I don’t know my city well. There are always new spots popping up and I love just checking them out! Over the weekend, we hung out in Hyde Park Village for a little while before hitting up the Davis Island Dog Beach (which Korra loved, by the way!).

For this day of adventuring, I wore this adorably embroidered dress from Shein! I got this dress for only $8.15! It took a couple of weeks to come in, but it was worth it. I paired it with a cognac belt to give it a waist, but it could easily be worn without a belt. I added my new favorite sandals from Burlington Coat Factory. I found these nude slip ons for only $6! This is a cheap outfit, guys!

Enjoy 🙂
