“6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philipians 4:6-7
I don’t know about you guys, but I am always anxious or worried about tomorrow. Worried that I won’t get everything done or worried that things won’t go the way I planned. Sometimes I forget that I am not in control and I just need to give those situations to God.
I love days when I get to explore my city with my husband and puppy. Even though I’ve lived in the Tampa area for my entire life, I feel like I don’t know my city well. There are always new spots popping up and I love just checking them out! Over the weekend, we hung out in Hyde Park Village for a little while before hitting up the Davis Island Dog Beach (which Korra loved, by the way!).
For this day of adventuring, I wore this adorably embroidered dress from Shein! I got this dress for only $8.15! It took a couple of weeks to come in, but it was worth it. I paired it with a cognac belt to give it a waist, but it could easily be worn without a belt. I added my new favorite sandals from Burlington Coat Factory. I found these nude slip ons for only $6! This is a cheap outfit, guys!
